SUMMER HOCKEY PROGRAM
TMJ hosted its first summer-long training program for hockey players, ages Squirt/U10 through Bantam/U15. The hockey-specific program included 20 dryland sessions and 4 on-ice sessions which focused on age-appropriate progression in strength, speed, power and stamina.
HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM
TMJ hosted its first 6-week high school girls training program during the months of June and July. High-school girl athletes, ages 8th- 12 grade, trained 3 times a week, 1 hour a day, to establish a solid foundation of strength, speed, agility, and stamina.
